SUMMARY:BORDER ACTIVATIONS - EDT 3.0 and Annabel Turrado

PST\nAnnabel Turrado will carry out a durational performance by shaving a large block of ice using a raspador\, a tool commonly used to make Mexican style snow cones called raspados. Francisco I. Madero\, Centro\, Primera\, 21100 Mexicali\, B.C.\, Mexico and 401 E 1st St\, Calexico\, CA 92231\, USA
